my client taken house on loan. bank issue certificate as follows.
principal component : 65178/-
interest component : 78103/-
pre-emi interest : 13404/-
im confuse about pre-emi interest what should i do? please tell me in detail.

Sometimes EMI is started after 6 month from date of taking loan. It is called moratorium period. Interest for pre-emi period will be allowed as normal interst.
