I HAVE PAID MUNICIPLE TAX ON WHOLE COMPLEX. CONSEQUENTLY, I HAVE RECEIVED HOUSE RENT AS PER SHOP BASIS . KINDLY SUGGEST ME ON WHAT BASIS I CAN PROPORTIONATE DISTRIBUTION OF MUNICIPLE TAX.

24 December 2014 you divide the whole complex in sq feet of shops and take proportinate share of municipal taxes paid.

24 December 2014 when you calculate the income tax then you can claim the whole amount agasint the complex income.
and you can divided the municipal tax on the basis of area or basis as charges the municipal corp.
