IF THERE ARE TWO SELF OCCUPIED HOSE PROPERTIES AND ONE IS TREATED DEEMED TO BE LET OUT PROPERTY AND IT IS FULL YEAR VACANT.SO CAN GAV OF THAT DEEMED TO BE LET OUT PROPERTY BE TAKEN ZERO ACCORDING TO RULES OF INCOME TAX ACT?

If let out for full year and you got no tenants GAV will be actual rent received which is zero.
