27 August 2013 Plz tell me from where should i get following figures if i have to calculate income chargeable under the head House Property.

1) Municipal Value
2) Standard Rent
3) Fair Rent

Many people take directly actual rent received as gross annual value.

28 August 2013 Circle rates will apply areawise for that refer property reckoner.
For municipal valuation refer rated by municipalty or local body rates.

Is there any book or reckoner available in market or on internet for all these three figures namely SR, MV, FR?
