i am taking benefit on housing loan interest paid on self occupied house & rented house. i know Self occupied limited is 150000.00 but my rented house completed construction on 1 march 2013 & possession received on 1 march 2013 & interest paid Rs.255000.00 as on 31st march 2013 & i am showing 15000.00 rent income for the month March 2013.
Can i Take full Interest Paid (Rs.255000.00) Benefit on rented house ??

how abt ur pre operative interest........accumlated preoperative interest has to written off for five years.
