Mr. A is a salaried employee. He has two owned house properties and has rented both of them. He, himself is staying on rent.
I want to ask whether he is eligible to get HRA on both the rented properties.
Plz reply a sap....its really urgent

are you asking eligibility for HRA tax exemption ?
anyway
he need to pay tax on HP income as house are not occupied by him.
and he can claim exemption of HRA as he live on rent.
