Plz provide me the link for determining Annual Municipal Rental Value of a Vacant property (i.e. Notional Rent. (Property is situated in Surat, Gujarat)

I don’t think you can get this information on any website.
You can take Fair rent to determine annual value of the property; it can be any value which you think is reasonable
However I recently came to know that municipal tax levi is about 8.33% per Half Year 16.67% for Whole Year. So You Can Take the Tax Paid Value at 10% and 10 times of the Municipal Tax Paid is Fair Rent Fixed by the Municipal Authorities. A
