A borrowed rs. 1000000 @ 12%p.a. on 1.4.2001 for construction of house property which was completed on 15.3.2006. the amount is still unpaid. the deduction of interest for previous year 2011-2012 shall be _______ .

actual interest paid and in case of house is self occupied than there is a limit of rs. 150000 per annum
