My Query is there are 2 joint owners claiming deduction under respective head but my doubt is whether the house property will be count in both the assesses
can they buy individually another property and claim exemption

yes as they are joint owners and 2nd question is also yes

they claim the 50%-250% or share in which they have owner ship in property.
