Home loan interest claim

06 March 2010 I have taken home loan on sep-09. The EMI from home loan is started from oct-09. The flat for which the loan is taken is still not completed. The same will be completed after mar-10. May I claim the interest which included in EMI as loss from House property in this year 2009-10.
