09 November 2011 If a Person Want to buy a flat Of Rs. 15 Lacs. He has 10 Lacs ( From his personal Resources) Can he apply for the Loan of Rs. 10 Lacs

10 November 2011 yes , he may apply for Rs.10 lacs loan, as per the bank rules they will provide home loans upto 80% of the value of the property .
