What is the difference between main applicant,coapplicant & coborrower while filling the application of home loan jointly

Sir,
Main applicant is the owner of the land and the house will be also in his name only.
Co applicant can be any family member who can be roped in when the income eligibility is low for the desired loan amount.
Co-borrower also is a part owner of the property in par with the main applicant.
