Hello, I have purchase one property. Agreement is on me, my wife and Son name. I have paid 1 lakh, my wife paid 45000 and Son paid 25000. Loan agreement is on all 3 names. My Income is three time in comparison with wife and Son. Kindly advice, who all can take benefit of interest on home loan and Principal amount. What should be ratio or I can choose my own ratio.
