Hi Gurus,
I have availed a home loan on 2006 ROI fetched with BPLR at canara bank.My HL ROI is 12%.Now I wish to change My ROI for home loan from BPLR to Base Rate.
My Queries are
1. Am i want to pay any Processing fee.
2. Will i get interest reduction for previous years (2010 to till date).

The processing fees will depending on the norms of the bank. Because of charges are different from bank to bank.
You will not get the interest reduction for the previous years.
