Holding COP in Full time job

19 July 2011 Presently I have my COP. Recently, I am working with a CA firm in full time employement.
So I want to know whether I can hold my COP or I have to surrender it.
And also what procedure I have to follow for that?

20 July 2011 In case you are in full time employment, then you have to surrender your CoP. In case you can show it as on professional terms, then you can continue to hold your CoP.
