21 July 2010 There are 2 companies A and B. All shareholders of A are shareholders of B or, all shareholders of B are shareholders of A. Here which is the holding company and which is the subsidiary company?

21 July 2010 Common shareholding between 2 Companies do not constitute Holding or subsidiary relation.

In ur case first check whether by such common holding of shares whether any company is have control on other Company i.e. whether A can control the B's . If so than only A is holding Co. of B.
