Actually we have Imported Some Goods, while they are in high sea are, we have planned to export the same to different country.
Please advice me the procedure and documentation for the same?

YES WHILE THE GOODS ARE IN HIGH SEA YOU CAN SELL THE GOODS TO SOME BUYERS IN INDIA AND ALSO TO BUYERS IN SOME DIFFRENT COUNTRY.
BASED ON THE ORDER YOU HAVE FROM A DIFFRENT COUNTRY, YOU CAN RAISE A EXPORT INVOICE, INTIMATE SHIPPING LINE AND SWITCH THE BILL OF LADING. SHIPPING LINE WILL TAKE THE CONTAINERS TO THE NEW DESINGATED COUNTRY. BUYER WILL CLEAR THE GOODS AND REMIT PAYMENT TO YOU
ONCE YOU RECEIVE THE PAYMENT OF EXPORT PROCEEDS, THEN YOU MAY APPROACH YOUR BANKER TO REMIT PAYMENT TO YOUR SELLER UNDER MERCHANT EXPORT CATEGORY.
