Can any one help me that if we are entering in High See sale Transaction the bill of entry should be fill in which name in the name of importer or 3rd party name ,

Its urgent please clarify the same

27 September 2013 Bill of Lading is endorsed by the High Sea Seller in favour of High Sea Buyer and provides him with local invoice (in INR) and other documents required to file Bill of Entry.

High Sea Buyer shall file Bill of Entry and pay customs duty, clearing charges etc. and gets the goods released.

Documents Provided By High Sea Seller to High Sea Buyer

High Sea Sale Agreement
Sale Invoice in INR
Consignee Copy of B/L – Duly Endorsed in favour of Buyer
Import Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin & Insurance Certificate-Duly Endorsed in favour the High Sea Buyer

Thanks for your export comment and further to said i want to know the below points

1. if high sea buyer is going to file bill of entry and pay the duty then how the high sea seller will enter the same in his book as the bill of entry will be in name of high sea buyers name

2. Who will take the sad claim in this case

3. if the bill of entry in name of High sea seller name is there will be any issue...
