How do we execute the high sea sale agreement for our customer in Bangladesh. Is it the same way what we are doing in India or is that any difference.

Kindly advise pls

13 January 2014 H S S agreement is entered when both seller and buyer are in same country.

I f your customer happens to be in Bangladesh then you can enter into direct export sale agreement.
