with warm regards... we are going to start a business of herbals.. so we need some herbals powders from peru...it is the first time we will import thing from outside of india ..we will get IEC license soon .. so please tell me how will find genuine suppliers from peru.. how will orders them... what we should take care ..how can we belive them.. while importing what we should most care ful about..any brokers name provide us so we can talk to him...numbers of questions are in our mind ..please sort out and enlighten the right path..

18 December 2012 as per para 2.8(iii) of HBP vol-1(2009-2014) a person who are import / export for personal use / agriculture purpose is exempt from IEC.

whose person exporter importer wanted to import export for the purpose of trading / manufacturing purpose and export import not for personal use will be liable to duty as per applicable in Import schedule list .

Before import export buyer and seller go to an export import sales contract & buyer open the Letter of Credit IN FAVOR OF SELLER as per UCP6000.

YOUR INTENTION IS RIGHT, BEFORE IMPORTING BUYER MUST TAKE MORE TO MORE INFORMATION OF SELLER AND GO TO EXECUTE A BUYER SELLER CONTRACT FOR FUTURE REFERENCES.

YOU ARE ADVISED TO MUST GOT REGISTERED IN APEADA EXPORT PROMOTION COUNCIL AS WELL AS ECGC .
