hi!
i have my attempt due in nov 2012.
i am super confused about corporate laws.
there is a companies bill 2009 that is not applicable for may 2012 attempt. will it be applicable for nov 2012?? then again there is companies bill 2011, will it be applicable?? the 2 bills- the companies bill 2009 & 2011 are entirely different in terms of arrangement of sections. and what about companies act 1956? will it be discontinued??

When the Bill is passed by the Parliament, becomes Act.
Company Bill 2011 is yet to become Act and it is not applicable.
