Help! online store sole proprietorship documents.

10 October 2012 i am starting an online store from ghaziabad,india (home as office).currently i am working on website and will be selling books and games all over india.
i do have a pan card and rent agreement.what kind of licences are required for forming this ecommerce store as a sole proprietorship.i need to open a merchant account in icici bank(to be integrated with ccavenue) for accepting online payments.

should i need to conatct a professional ca as i am just starting my venture.

pls provide me list of required documents for opening the account (with icici and ccavenue) , for starting the online store website and also for contacting vendors as a professional..

after open the account in icici bank

must registered in your self in regional labour department & in

service tax

and apply for IEC code better step.
