Sorry to say you..but FORGET TALLY..BUSY IS BEST ACCOUNTING SOFTWARE.... & in BUSY you can maintain all tds reports (Quarterly & Yearly), Excise (Mfg. & Dealer), SERVICE TAX, FBT, Depreciation and lots of more feature...

For making account, tds, excise, service tax, FBT, Depreciation in one software you have to spend or concentrate one or two month to know more abt softawre and after two month u wil maintain tention free accounts. & one more thing I USED TALLY LICENSE since 7 years and i just moved on BUSY from FEB 2007 & from APRIL 2007 full flaight. so its really nice software.

I RECOMMAND YOU THAT PLEASE TRY BUSY SOFTWARE ONCE before you buy TALLY
