no age limit but you should be a n adult.
Does not matter the name ends with trader or enterprise, it depends on your choice.
And dear pls consult the VAT expert in your city for the other legal requirements.

Thanks Ankur Singhal for your answer ..So i am a 20 yr old i can start a business deals only with supply of products from different manufacturers...Under which category I want to register that business.......
