PL. ADVISE ME IN BRANCH BALANCE SHEET HEAD OFFICE ACCOUNT(CREDIT BALANCE) TO BE SHOWN UNDER WHICH HEAD AS PER SCHEDULE III IN COMPANIES ACT

Companies act is applicable to Company as a whole. In case you are preparing separate balance sheet for the branch then you can show it anywhere, because during consolidation that item will be removed. My suggestion is show it in the main balancesheet it self.
