Sec 44 AE stands for plying, hiring or leasing goods carriages : - in the above case the truck is used for business pirpose and not hiring or renting it.
Sec 44AF stands for business in retial business.
For the above case of supply of sand, it is not covered in any of the sec 44AD,AE,AF therefore it will be treated a normal business income.
