please imform me in breif if possible about Guaranteed by Share..& Limited by Guarantee.

Limited by guarantee is in general used to establish the non-profit organisations (NGOs) / Clubs etc., In this case, there will not be any share capital instead there will be 'guarantee' given by the members.
