Pls let me know Whether Goods Transport Agency is required to get registered under GST or not??
As per LAW service of GTA is covered under RCM...

GTA is liable for registration if his turnover is above threshold limit or he is liable to get registered u/s 24 i.e. he is making interstate supply of services. Though he is covered under RCM but his supplies are not exempt.
