GTA is applicable on Material Loading & Unloading Expenses.

its covered on RCM or not

30 January 2018 It the transport service includes loading and unloading, then RCM is applicable on such services as well.

30 January 2018 If the charges includes under the GTA charges then applicable. If the charges paid to other than GTA then RCM not applicable.
