(Querist)
24 December 2019 GTA Charged Detention charges in addition to freight charges in their Invoice. For Example Freight Charges Rs. 100000/- and Detention charges Rs. 2000/- Total Invoice Amount Rs. 102000/-.

RCM is applicable on Services provided by GTA. GST under RCM will be charges on Rs. 100000/- or 102000/- ????

Please help with necessary references Supporting of law.
