Sir, I could not file GSTR 3B of my client for the month of July .The error message is" Some error occured.Please save GSTR3B form again".Since July return is pending aug ,sep oct are also pending. Already emailed to help desk, but no reply received yet.I used Google chrome and also tried through internet explorer because somebody told me to do so. which is the next date for GSTR 1 for the month of July. Please help me

Don't know exactly about the error
But my suggestion is Clear browsing data cache nd login again
you can do this in chrome by pressing CTRL+ SFT+ DEL
Duedate for GST 1 is. not extended you can file GSTR 1 after nov 30 by paying late fee
