I am paying GST under Reverse charge against payment to transports
Is is required to show the same in GSTR 1, if yes how

No,In GSTR-1 only outward supplies of good or services shall show and supplies of Inward goods or services
(i.e. GTA in your case) account for only in GSTR-2.
