Sirs,
I would like to ask about GST.
One flat is a property of HUF and he is giving his flat to a Bank for residential purpose and the rent is Rs.42 lakh p.a. then GST is applicable to him?
Please give me your valuable advice.

If Used residential purpose then no GST applies, otherwise GST Applicable.
