Gst will applicable on rent of residential property

25 June 2019 Sirs,

I would like to ask about GST.

One flat is a property of HUF and he is giving his flat to a Bank for residential purpose and the rent is Rs.42 lakh p.a. then GST is applicable to him?

Please give me your valuable advice.
