Gst under rcm applicable on both invoice

26 September 2017 my company received two invoice in a same day for service and goods purchased from unauthorised dealer whether RCM applicable on both invoice

Advocate services for Rs. -3000/-
stationery purchased for rs. 2100/-
whether RCM applicable on both invoice because purchased amount more than 5000/- in a day.

26 September 2017 Advocate Fee you have to pay RCM u/s 9(3) irrespective of the amount, The daily limit is not applicable for it.
For stationery purchased you need not pay RCM u/s 9(4) as the limit of 5K per day is not exceeded.
