I am filing GSTR 7 of local authority, My query is If one of the supplier do not have GST number then is TDS required.? If yes, then in utility validation error is showing as this field is compulsory.
Please note that total contract amount of such person is 450000 in a year.

It is mandatory for the contractor to register under GST even though his turnover is less than 20 Lakhs. Since he is covered under TDS.
