A gst registered dealer purchases of goods from inter state only.but resale transactions intra state only. Question: Dealer gst tax levied igst or cgst and sgst applicable.

At the time of sale, as the sale is intra state supply, CGST and SGST/UTGST will be applied and IGST can be used to set off the CGST and SGST/UTGST tax.
