we have running a retail shop F Y 2016-17 Turnover is Rs 1400000/- when i registrar in GST taken regular scheme, now
can i change in Composition scheme from 01.12.2017 what is the procedure

You go to the portal and apply for composition scheme. However if you do it today i.e. 1st december 2017, the scheme will be applicable to you from 1st Jan 2018 onwards.
