We are having GST registration in Proprietorship, want to change owner of the proprietor is there any possibilities for retaining the same GST number for new owner

26 September 2020 GST is PAN based and in case of proprietorship, business and owner will have same PAN. So, you can't change owner of the business. However you can transfer the business to the new owner but even in that case GST number will be changed.
