(Querist)
21 December 2019 I have to take new GSTIN. But the building which I need to make as a registered office is in the name of me along with my two brothers. I have the followings doubts in this case:-

1.  Is it possible to make this building as the registered office for GST Registration?
2. Is Land tax paid receipt enough for making this building as a registered office for GST registration
or
the consent letter of my brothers also required.
