01 December 2018 Hi Sir/Madam,
I am getting registration in GST. I have my place of business in rented premises. as a proof of place of business i have to upload Rent receipt with NOC.
I want to know the validity of NOC. Whether I should make it on a STAMP PAPER or on letter head.
Please guide.

02 December 2018 Rent receipt is a valid document for Rental Premises as per GST registration.. The receipt valid only for payment matter... Rental Agreement is must for registration if Place of Business is rented.

02 December 2018 But it is mentioned in the documents list, if you don't have rent agreement then rent receipt along with the noc will sufffice the requirements.
I want to know the validity of noc.
Should I make it on a stamp paper or on letter head and if it is to me written on stamp paper then on which stamp paper.

02 December 2018 Hi. Mostly states are accepting NOC even on Plain Paper. However, some states raises queries and ask for NOC on stamp Paper. So it is better to Get NOC on Rs.10/- Stamp Paper
