09 February 2018 Dear Sir/Madam,
Please note that we have started a pvt ltd co. We have applied for new GST registration. All required documents had been uploaded. But it was rejected for the following reason.
1. please upload letter of Authorisation
2. please upload ownership proof.
Please clarify the same. how to make letter of authorisation? Also please me let me know what is to be uploaded for ownership proof.
Please reply back immediately.

09 February 2018 Format of authority letter

We the undersigned, hereby authorize Mr................to act on our behalf in all matters relating to application for authorization, including signing, activation/deactivation of all services relating to the firm. 09 February 2018 Ownership proof can be electricity bill/sale deed/rent agreement

10 February 2018 Thanks for your reply. Who has to sign in the authority letter. Because we are registering the firm as a pvt ltd company. Also please note that in the electricity bill, the name of the owner is mentioned, who is also a director. Is it enough as an ownership proof.

10 February 2018 In case of private company board resolution require for authorization ...........if electricity bill with name of director then u need NOC and rent agreement if rent is paying
