Dear Sir/Madam,
Please note that we have started a pvt ltd co. We have applied for new GST registration. All required documents had been uploaded. But it was rejected for the following reason.
1. please upload letter of Authorisation
2. please upload ownership proof.
Please clarify the same. how to make letter of authorisation? Also please me let me know what is to be uploaded for ownership proof.
Please reply back immediately.

Format of authority letter

Ownership proof can be electricity bill/sale deed/rent agreement

Thanks for your reply. Who has to sign in the authority letter. Because we are registering the firm as a pvt ltd company. Also please note that in the electricity bill, the name of the owner is mentioned, who is also a director. Is it enough as an ownership proof.

In case of private company board resolution require for authorization ...........if electricity bill with name of director then u need NOC and rent agreement if rent is paying
