we are dealing in exempted goods only (Egg)like buying from outside states and selling within state, so whether we are liable for for registration under GST Act?

Hi Vishwas,
You don't need to take GST Registration if you are dealing only in exempted goods and your outward supply is within state as Section 23 of GST act refers that any person engaged exclusively in supplying goods or services, which are not liable to tax or wholly exempt from tax shall not be liable to registration.
