Gst refund without payment of tax

“ Error : Something seems to have gone wrong while processing your request. Please try again. If error persists quote error number GSTN EXEC2003 when you contact customer care for quick resolution”.please help to resolve this error

Hi Vinay, I too exerienced the error but not this code while processing form 5B ,
i just logout from the system, Again done the process freshly then it got accepted.
try this.... else you may contact GST helpdesk.
