hi sir / mam i have one query please help i am buying milk poweder from amul at 5% and mithai at 12% . after buying im packing and selling with my brand name on packing at what rate i should sale . please guide

In case you are just repacking the same goods in packet and selling the same, the case is of mixed supply and accordingly higher tax rate @ 12% shall levy. As these goods are naturally bundled and can be supplied independentily.
