sir, which rate should i charge gst on my restaurant sale bill of rs.102. is it 5% with no itc or 12% with itc. can i make sale bill in the name of swiggy or local customer. i am a regular taxable person. the pls give me suggestion.

The GST rate for restaurants is 5% without ITC, there is no option of 12%. The bill has to be in the name of the customer and not in the name of swiggy
