09 July 2017 PLEASE TELL ME THE GST RATE ON CONSTRUCTION OF RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX SERVICES. PLEASE GIVE ME THE NOTIFICATION. IS IT 12% OR 18%?

i.e if the GST rate for an item is 18% then CGST is 9% + SGST is 9%
