Dear Experts.
Kindly tell me what is GST Rate from receive CAB(Taxi) service ..who is responsible to collect and deposit GST.. Service provider or services receiver..

Oh yes.. Sorry my mistake. Currently service tax rate is 6%. GST rate will be 5%.

The GST rate for App Cabs will be 5% to be levied, collected and deposited by the Cab Operator. In the list of Reverse Charge under GST, amongst others Rent - a - Cab which was covered under Finance Act 1994 (as amended) has been deleted. Henxe forth it is th liability of the service provider to levy, collect and deposit GST irrespective of the constitution of the service receiver.
