A gst registered dealer gst tax paid some amount.this tax amount debit to p&l account or taxes and duties under head (balance sheet)transferred is correct.

It is based on the eligibility of ITC. If you are eligible for ITC then show it under duties and taxes. If you are not eligible for ITC then transfer it to profit and loss account.
