Gst - online selling through ecommerce

13 October 2017 Dear sir,

We sell through online portals . Sales are effected locally as well as inter state. Is there any seperate disclosure in form 3B or GSTR 1 for such sales. Also inter state sales are to end customers , hence unregistered persons. Does this need to be showed seperately as supplies made to unregistered persons?

14 October 2017 In GSTR 3B
3.1 (a) - Provide all the outward supplies including interstate and unregistered dealers
3.2 - Provide all the outward inter state supplies to unregistered dealers

In GSTR-1
4C - Provide details of supplies through e-commerce portal
5B - Provide details of inter-state supplies to unregistered dealers having value more than 2.5 Lakhs
