Gst on transportation charges

21 August 2017 I am a dealer, I am receiving goods from other state via GTA, my Frieght Charges will be Rs.300 to Rs.700/- per parcel, I receive multiple parcels from same transporter in same day, but with different receipts.

I want to know do I need to pay GST on Transportation Charges under RCM, as my single bill frieght charges does not exceed Rs.750/-.
